WOMEN LEADERS’ PROGRAM
The Women Leaders’ Program is a unique experience offering individual reflection and planning, as well as meaningful dialogue with peers. After a group briefing participants will meet at the retreat venue for two and a half days. Post-retreat, individual coaching sessions and a group review session will support participants as action plans are implemented over six months.
The program offers an opportunity to examine leadership identity, explore needs and values, re-define possibilities for future leadership purpose and style, and collectively discover the potential for women to contribute in new and different ways.
This program is for senior leaders in private and public sector organisations.
THE ARTEMIS PROJECT
Australian Women Helping Australian Women
Small groups of business women come together to co-create a community project providing a benefit to other less advantaged women. Groups identify, plan and implement their own projects with the support of Artemis mentors. They raise their own funds, and by sharing their vision within their communities, develop their own leadership skills. Through the project, women generate a sense of community and benefit from the wonderful feeling of support created when women work together with other women. They will emerge from the experience more certain of their own leadership talents.
WOMEN BUSINESS OWNERS’ PROGRAM
The Women Business Owners’ Program is for women in their own businesses. It commences with a group briefing before a two and a half day retreat, and is supported by follow-up coaching. In this program, women will explore their own leadership identity and character, examine the fit with their needs and values, and begin to discover the legacy they would like to leave.
This program is for business owners and leaders in small business.
THE ARTEMIS SYMPOSIUM SERIES
The Artemis Institute hosts a series of symposia on issues of interest to senior executive women. Dialogue techniques are used to explore issues determined by the participants. Guest speakers include members of The Artemis Institute advisory board and others. A selection of topics to date include: The Art of Sustainability and The Art of Possibility.
Symposia are conducted in Sydney, Melbourne, New York, Paris, London, Stockholm and Copenhagen.
