Crisis Prevention and Management Program (CPMP)
The CPMP is a GdP initiative (Groupe de Paris/Group for Development & Peace).
The CPMP is an international program promoting an international, multi-disciplinary and effective approach to prevention and management of crisis situations. It provides the means to prevent and manage crises BEFORE, DURING and AFTER crises. The CPMP will lead to:
- Improvement of the quality and impact of the crisis-related operations in a cost-effective manner
- Sustainable provision of life-long learning practitioners and field operators involved in the prevention and/or management of crises
- Integration of key international players in prevention and management of crisis situations
